Taking a stab here: "ethical porn" would be that a _production_ that is explicitly non-exploitative, in which the participants (not merely the investors) are compensated fairly for their work. In a similar vein, the _production_ itself would also be produced ethically, that is to say it was created in a healthy and safe environment with no risk or danger to the participants. As far as consumption, I think "ethical" would mean via platforms that, again, do not draw undue value away from the participants.
